Nov 14, 2008 - Davis, I appreciate your comments: this is still very much in the news, as I'm sure you are aware, so your reply is timely as well as being appreciated. The video we produced was made in 2006, but came from Gareth Jones' notes, publicly available photos, and interviews with friends in Cherkassy Oblast of Ukraine. It certainly does still affect people today!

Nov 15, 2008 - Wonderful work ! thank you very much ! You may be aware that the internet is full of Holodomor deniers...Seems like the Russian KGB is working hard to convince people that the Holodmor is a myth. I have heard that Hollywood is planning a movie about the famine. It would be nice if more information on the Holodomor was publicized world-wide. 95% of the world doesn't even know that such an event occurred. Thanks again for your keen work !

Nov 14, 2008 - Thank you Gareth. As a Ukrainian I am grateful to the few that had the guts to expose this terrible genocide of the Ukrainian people. it's after effects are still very present today, as after killing millions of Ukrainians, stalin sent ethnic Russians to live on that land. those same ethnic Russians continue to propagate the Russian culture, they refuse to speak Ukrainian, they have created havoc within the Ukrainian populace.
