Nov 20, 2008 - Very nice work, with Front Double Punches, Single Fist Linking and lead fist pass throughs off the Front Double Punch and Outward Triple Elbow Strike. When you want to pass the Same fist (left fist after Left elbow) I suggest you keep the Elbow up a bit higher after it connects the bag. Put it back out to the home position so the fist has a better angle to pass through it. Great work and good rhythm. Keep punching!
