Oct 15, 2008 - Look at your right foot when you land in the power position. It is at a right angle to your left foot. You must turn it as soon as you land and get both feet facing in the same direction; this will allow your hip to drive fully to the front. Also, try to hold your upper body further back when you land in the PP. This creates separation, which will give more torque and as a result more power. In the PP, turn the foot, drive the hips, then pull your upper body around; the arm is "fast and last".
