Then perhaps a joint operation since both the US navy and the Russian navy are in contact with each other. Russia will launch a Spetsnaz force while the Navy will either send a small group of SEALS or Marine Recon.

There's billions of dollars worth of military equipment plus a Ukrainian ship gone. What about the debris is the ocean? What about the chemicals?
