Proteins or what ever we are now able to test down to your DNA, I've been around people who got really sick and their T-cell count are less than 200 (AIDS) and its contagious through sex, so don't try to get more people infected, okay!?

These sentence does not imply that it doesn't work! It is just saying you should also use other methods, maybe because its only 99% accurate?
