After getting inside the drain hole, Link sneaked past the guards until he finally arrived at the Castle Courtyard where Princess Zelda resides. Zelda seems to already know of Links arrival through premonition and dreams. She told Link about the Triforce, the Spiritual Stones, and the Temple of Time. She also showed Link who the desert man in black armor was. It was the red headed Ganondorf who falsely swears allegiance to the king in order to get the Triforce! After all that, Zelda gave Link a letter which will be useful later on. Link then met Impa. Zelda's caretaker when she was a baby. She taught Link Zelda's Lullaby which has mysterious power in it.
