22 LTTE terrorists perish in attacks unleashed by the Security Forces in the North. The Media Centre for National Security said another 35 were wounded. A majority of the terrorists had been killed in skirmishes at Akkarayankulam, Adampan and at Madam in Kilinochchi. Four terrorists died in attacks at Navatkulam, Puwarasankulam and Kumalankulam in Vavuniya. Another four were injured. The Media Centre said two terrorists died and another 22 were wounded in attacks in Mullaitivu.
