When President Bush came to Tucson on July 18, he paused briefly -- very, very briefly -- to give the President's Volunteer Service Award to Mary Frances Ward, a retired educator who spends time tutoring local school kids and who spent a good half hour waiting at the foot of the Air Force One stairs. Here is the video (sorry about the bad camera work - there was a lot of jostling for position). Don't blink or you will miss him giving her the medal ...
