Stuffed Cabbage Casserole 1 lb lean ground beef 1 large onion, chopped 1 t. minced garlic 1 can tomato soup 1/4 c. water 1 bag boil-in-bag brown rice 4 c. shredded cabbage (cole slaw mix) salt and pepper to taste Brown meat, onion, and garlic in saucepan. Drain. Add in tomato soup, water, rice, cabbage, salt, and pepper and mix well. Spray a casserole dish with pam and pour in mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Add ins: Carrots, Green Pepper, Ketchup

Oct 6, 2008 - I love stuffed peppers so I would like this I think. I found some 1 carb ketchup,so I would add some of that to give it a little something extra too. Thanks for all the cooking videos and keep them coming :)
