Dancing Banana (Ironcommando) v.s. Geno (Tachi) Yeah, I was away studying, and when I got back to MUGEN I found that Geno (my favourite char from from Super Mario RPG) has been MUGENized. Good? Nope. This Geno, has pretty good original graphics and attacks that are rather accurate to Super Mario RPG. I gotta admit that I respect Tachi for doing this. However... everything else about him (specially gameplay and sound) is totally crapped up. His mid-air QCF, A move shoots out a scattered stream of stars forward. Sure, the Star Gun was Geno's strongest weapon in Super Mario RPG, but in MUGEN, it can do about 1/3 a normal char's hp if all of it hits (no power required)! His normal bullets are extremely fast (that's OK, they're completely blockable) but they are so tiny that it's a pain to see in most backgrounds (be careful!) And finally, his strongest attack (for MUGEN), Geno Whirl. In SMRPG this was an INSTANT KILL (9999 damage) if you pressed the button just as the disk left the screen. Sure, it might have been a bit cheap, but it made the OHKO harder to execute. In MUGEN, its an INSTANT KILL as long as it hits. The only way to avoid certain death is to block or to jump it. Oh, and his Geno Boost doubles his attack power. Basically think of all the above (except the instakill) doing double damage (his level 1 super will now do 1/3 of your hp). Furthermore, Geno's attack sounds contain Background Music from SMRPG too (lulz...) In short, Tachi just RUINED Geno for MUGEN. I don't approve of this Geno in MUGEN. I wouldn't consider him totally retarded (apart from horrendous sound ripping), but his cheapness makes him crappy. Of course, what better way to beat him up than with DB? Sep 6, 2008 - The 30 combo from the punch is actually supposed to be an attack that does 30/1000 of the opponent's max hp. All in all, the move takes off 450/1000 of the enemy's max hp regardless of defence (explaining the 450 hit combo) :P
