Why is Porter Ranch Neighborhood Council and LAPD Devonshire Division holding meetings at anti-gay fundamentalist Shepherd of the Hills Porter Ranch? In February, as 15 yo eighth grader, Lawrence King, lay brain-dead on his Oxnard classroom floor from a gunshot wound to the head for wearing eyeliner and lip gloss, the fundamentalists at Shepherd of the Hills Church in Porter Ranch were gathering signatures to "protect marriage" against some deluded ill perceived gay threat. Receiving approximately 50,000 Los Angeles taxpayer dollars, PRNC along with LAPD chooses to hold it's meetings at a homophobic establishment. Just as PRNC and LAPD would not dare hold it's meetings at a racist establishment, it's intolerable to ask the GLBT Los Angeleno's to address their government at a homophobic establishment. Shepherd of the Hills runs an abusive exgay ministry that is debunked by psychiatry and every major medical organization throughout the world. I have been to this church many times and know for a fact that the persons comments in this video would disgust the people of Shepherd as well. All a person would have to do is visit this church 1 time to see that these accusations are false.
